Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LiberClaw platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Intelligence Artificielle Générale SAS, a French société par actions simplifiée with its registered office at 76 Promenade des Anglais, 94210 Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, France ("LiberClaw," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are accessing the Service from outside France, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration and Security

Account Types

• Guest — limited usage, limited agent slots, no persistent data
• Free — 2 agents, $1/mo AI credits (~30 msg/day), 500MB storage
• Starter — 5 agents, $10/mo AI credits (~300 msg/day), 5GB storage (coming soon)
• Pro — 10 agents, $50/mo AI credits (~1.5K msg/day), 17GB storage (coming soon)
• Team — 25 agents, $200/mo AI credits (~6K msg/day), 35GB storage, API access (coming soon)

AI credits are consumed by token usage during inference. Costs vary by model. Message estimates assume typical usage with Qwen3 Coder and may vary based on model choice, context length, and tool use.

Registration Methods

You may register via email (magic link), Google, GitHub, or Web3 wallet.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, private keys, and wallet access, and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, your agents will be terminated and your data processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Service Description

LiberClaw enables you to create, configure, deploy, and interact with autonomous AI agents. Agents run continuously on Aleph Cloud (decentralized compute) and use LibertAI for AI inference.

Core features include:

• Agent creation with custom names, system prompts, and model selection
• Automated deployment to Aleph Cloud virtual machines
• Real-time chat with agents (SSE streaming)
• Agent management: monitoring, reconfiguration, redeployment
• Agent tools: shell execution, file operations, web browsing and search

Third-Party Infrastructure

The Service relies on Aleph Cloud and LibertAI. We do not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous operation.

No Guarantees

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that agents will behave exactly as configured, that AI output will be accurate, or specific response times.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Create agents designed to generate illegal content
• Use the Service for harassment, spam, or fraud
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
• Access another user's account without permission
• Deploy agents designed to attack or compromise computer systems

You are solely responsible for your agents' actions — the system prompts you provide, the actions they take, and any consequences arising from their behavior.

5. AI-Generated Content

LiberClaw agents use large language models. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. We make no warranties regarding AI output accuracy or suitability.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before relying on it. AI output does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

6. Agent Tools and Execution

Agents can execute shell commands, read/write files, and browse the web within their sandboxed VMs. We implement safety measures (deny patterns for dangerous commands, workspace isolation, resource limits), but cannot guarantee prevention of all unintended behaviors.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing system prompts before deployment and monitoring your agents' activities.

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to your system prompts, agent configurations, and chat input. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.

AI-generated content: IP rights in AI output are governed by applicable law. French and EU law does not currently recognize AI systems as authors.

LiberClaw IP: The Service, including software, UI, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by LiberClaw or its licensors.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no SLA guarantees. Availability depends on Aleph Cloud, LibertAI, internet connectivity, and other infrastructure. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiberClaw shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• Agent behavior or unintended consequences of agent operations
• Inaccurate, biased, or harmful AI-generated content
• Crypto-asset losses, price volatility, or irreversible transactions
• Aleph Cloud or LibertAI downtime or failures
• Data loss due to system failures or user error
• Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect credentials

Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) fees you paid to LiberClaw in the 12 months preceding the event, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).

Consumer rights: If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Data Protection

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

12. Termination

By you: You may terminate your account at any time via settings or by contacting us. Your agents will be shut down and your data deleted per our Privacy Policy.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or if required by law.

Crypto-asset payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. The courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and LiberClaw.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not constitute waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
• Language: These Terms are in English. If translated, the English version prevails.
