This Privacy Policy explains how Intelligence Artificielle Générale SAS ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use LiberClaw, our platform for creating and deploying autonomous AI agents.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679) and French data protection law (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

2. What LiberClaw Does

LiberClaw is a platform that lets you create, configure, and deploy AI agents that run on decentralized cloud infrastructure (Aleph Cloud). Your agents operate 24/7 on virtual machines, have persistent memory, can execute various tools (running commands, managing files, searching the web), and communicate with you through real-time chat.

3. What Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Account Information

• Email address — if you sign up via magic link, Google, or GitHub
• Display name — optionally pulled from Google or GitHub
• Wallet address — if you log in using a Web3 wallet (Ethereum-compatible)
• Device ID — if you use guest login on mobile
• OAuth identifiers — Google subscriber ID or GitHub user ID
• Account timestamps — creation date and last login

3.2 Agent Data

• Agent name, system prompt, and model selection
• Deployment status and VM information
• Agent memory files — stored on your agent's VM, not on our main servers

3.3 Conversation Data

• Chat messages between you and your agents
• Messages are transmitted through our API but stored on individual agent VMs (decentralized infrastructure)
• You can clear your chat history at any time

3.4 Usage Data

• Daily message counts and agent counts
• Activity logs (deploy, rebuild, delete, chat events)

3.5 Technical Data

• IP addresses (server logs)
• Session tokens (for keeping you logged in)

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

4. Why We Process Your Data

To provide the LiberClaw service: creating and managing your account, deploying agents, facilitating chat, and managing usage quotas.

Legitimate Interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f))

Security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a))

For any future optional marketing communications — we will ask for your explicit consent.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session
• Deploy and manage your AI agents
• Route messages between you and your agents
• Track usage and enforce fair limits
• Send transactional emails (magic login links)
• Improve the service by identifying technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not: sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on your private conversations.

6. Payment and Financial Data

Crypto Users (Wallet Login)

If you log in with a Web3 wallet, you pay for compute and inference directly using ALEPH and LTAI tokens. Payments go from your wallet to the Aleph Cloud network and LibertAI. We do not custody, hold, manage, or process your cryptocurrency. We are not a financial intermediary.

Fiat Users (Email/Google/GitHub Login)

You pay via standard payment methods. You never interact with cryptocurrency. We handle infrastructure costs on your behalf. We do not store credit card details — payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors.

7. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies.

We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

8. International Data Transfers

LiberClaw uses Aleph Cloud, a decentralized network with nodes that may be located in various countries. When you deploy an agent, it runs on compute resource nodes (CRNs) that could be outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Agent data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and communication uses encrypted tokens.

• HTTPS everywhere (TLS via Let's Encrypt)
• Fernet encryption for agent communications
• Short-lived JWT access tokens (15 min) with rotating refresh tokens (30 days)
• Per-agent bearer tokens for VM authentication
• Password-less authentication (magic links, OAuth, wallet signatures)

12. Children's Privacy

LiberClaw is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@libertai.io.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will update the "Last Updated" date, notify you via email or in-app notice for significant changes.

Your AI agents make autonomous decisions based on the system prompts and tools you configure. You are responsible for the instructions you give your agents, the data they process, and ensuring they comply with applicable laws.
